As part of the project, 48 existing apartments will be demolished and in their place two 15- and 18-story towers with approximately 130 new housing units will be built.

Karso Real Estate and Ken Hator Urban Renewal jointly won a tenant tender to carry out an evacuation-construction project on Mezolot Hayam Street in the Histadrut neighborhood in South Givatayim. As part of the project, 48 existing housing units will be demolished, and approximately 130 new apartments will be built in two 15- and 18-story towers.

The complex is located in a central area of ​​the city, next to the Air Force Park and near main transportation routes, and is intended to serve as a residential complex that includes underground parking, public areas, and green entrances.
