This privacy policy regulates the manner in which the Company uses information it collects from users on the website and in connection with them.
The information provided below is intended to help the user understand the Company's privacy protection policy on the website. The privacy policy, as detailed below, will clarify the information the Company collects about users on the website, the purposes for which the Company collects the information, what use the Company may make of the information, who are the third parties to whom the Company will transfer information, and how the Company handles and stores the information.

This privacy policy is written in masculine language only for convenience and should be read as referring to feminine language as well.

The Company will collect the following information (all or part) about users:
3.1. Identification and contact details including full name, contact details (telephone, mobile phone, email), address, identity card.
3.2. Information in connection with the services the Company provides to the user including information about products the user purchased from the Company (if relevant), payments the user paid to the Company, and more.
3.3. Any additional information the user provides and/or is received by the Company in connection with the user and with the use of the website.
- The Purposes for Which the Company Collects the Information
The Company collects information about the user for the following purposes – all or some of them:
4.1. For the purpose of contacting the user;
4.2. For the purposes of sale/rental of real estate and any purpose consistent with the reasons for which the user provided us with the information;
4.3. For the proper operation, management and development of the group's websites.
4.4. In order to enable the user to perform actions through the website;
4.5. For the purpose of maintaining the website and monitoring user activity on it;
4.6. For marketing purposes such as: improving quality and adapting the services and products offered to the user when contacting us;
4.7. For the purpose of compiling statistical data and transferring processed, statistical or other information to third parties;
4.8. For the purpose of analysis, research, development and compilation of statistics;
4.9. For the purpose of displaying and adapting advertisements and content that will be displayed to users and may suit their preferences on the Company's websites, on advertising platforms and on other websites;
4.10. For the purpose of sending advertisements, information about products and services, benefits, promotions, discounts and information by electronic means; at any time you can cancel your consent and stop receiving it.
4.11. For direct mail purposes as defined in the law;
4.12. For the purpose of defending against claims, demands and allegations against the Company and anyone on its behalf as well as against third parties;
4.13. For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of the terms of use and this privacy policy;
4.14. For the purpose of complying with the provisions of any law.
- Transfer of Information
The Company will not transfer or provide information to third parties except as specified in the privacy protection policy.
5.1. The transfer of information to third parties will include only relevant information that does not exceed the purposes for which the information is transferred and will be carried out proportionally for a defined, explicit and legitimate purpose.
5.2. The Company is entitled to transfer the information or any part thereof to third parties if one or more of the following cases occur:

Third parties who provide the Company with various services including support services for the personal area system, support services for security systems and information technology (IT) systems, information storage services, customer management system, website building services, survey and research services, companies providing advertising and marketing services, lawyers and other external professional consultants as well as additional third parties who provide the Company with services in connection with its activities.
5.4. If the Company receives an order including a judicial order instructing it to provide the user's details or information about the user in accordance with the provisions of any law.
5.5. In any dispute, claim, demand, lawsuit or any legal proceedings between the user or anyone on their behalf and the Company or anyone on its behalf.
5.6. In case of transfer and/or sale and/or assignment and/or acquisition of the Company and/or its assets and/or any part thereof, with or without consideration, including in cases where ownership of the website and/or its contents, all or part, is transferred to third parties, including but not limited to in case of merger of the Company and/or its activities with third parties, and including without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, in cases of change of control, full or partial, in the Company as well as in cases of examining the feasibility of the above-mentioned cases.
5.7. If a claim is raised or the Company suspects that a user has performed an act and/or omission and/or performed an act or omission as stated, which may harm the Company, anyone on its behalf, any third parties including other users.
5.8. If a claim is raised or the Company suspects that a user is using the website for the purpose of performing an illegal act and/or to enable, facilitate, assist and/or encourage the performance of such an act.
5.9. In any case where the Company believes that providing the information is required to prevent harm to the Company, the user or any third party.
5.10. In addition to the above, the Company is entitled to transfer the information to third parties, as stated above, also outside the State of Israel including to third parties located in countries where the level of information protection does not match the provisions of Israeli law and which may provide less protection than that provided under privacy protection laws in Israel.
- Information Security
The Company takes technical and physical measures regarding privacy and information security in accordance with accepted standards. As is known, storage and transmission of information by electronic means, including through the Internet, can never be completely secure and at any time the user provides information to the Company, especially through the Internet, the user does so with full consent and subject to the risks involved in transferring information in this way. The Company does not undertake that the website will be absolutely immune from unauthorized access to information stored on it. In any case, if the user has reason to believe that the transfer of information to the Company is no longer secure, please update us using the contact means in section 16 of the privacy policy.
- Limitation of Liability
The Company and anyone on its behalf will not bear any liability, and is exempt from all responsibility, in connection with any damage, loss or expense, of any kind and type, whether direct or indirect and/or circumstantial and/or consequential, which were caused and/or will be caused to users and/or to third parties, in connection with the collection of information, its use, its transfer to third parties, its storage, its security and more.
- Information Retention Period
The Company will store information about the user for the period of time necessary to ensure the purposes specified in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Information About Other People
If the user provides personal information to the Company in connection with other people including family members and additional third parties, the user must do so only after: (a) the user has updated the third parties about the content of this policy; and also – (b) the user has obtained the required consent for collection, use, disclosure and transfer of personal information about the third party in accordance with this policy and in accordance with the provisions of the law, as required.

The Company uses cookies and other technologies such as pixels and more (hereinafter together: "the Cookies") through which the Company collects non-identifying information in connection with users on various websites. Without derogating from the above and from the provisions detailed in the privacy policy, the Company will be entitled to transfer non-identifying information to advertising systems of third parties such as Taboola, Outbrain, Google and Facebook in order to display content and advertisements to the user which may interest them and/or suit their preferences.
The Company uses analytics, statistical analysis and research services of third parties such as Google Analytics. The use of Google Analytics services is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of Google Analytics. The terms and provisions detailed in this policy as well as any change or amendment thereof will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without reference to the choice of law provisions applicable therein.
Jurisdiction in connection with any dispute and/or claim arising in connection with this policy is exclusively vested in the courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
The Company is entitled, at its sole discretion, to change this policy from time to time without the need to provide notice or warning thereof. The current Cookies policy published on the website will bind the user. The user's continued use of the website after updating the Cookies policy will constitute the user's consent to the updated policy including the changes.

The website may offer links, hyperlinks or banners to other websites, which the Company does not supervise or check, their reliability and legality and everything related to their security and privacy protection policy.

Therefore, the Company will not bear any responsibility, of any kind, in connection with other websites including everything related to collection, use, transfer of information on other websites, content published on pages of other websites and more. - Right of Access and Correction of Information
The right to view and correct personal information is in accordance with the provisions of the Law. If the user wishes to view or correct the information, this can be done by contacting the Company according to the contact details appearing in section 16 of this privacy policy below.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The terms and provisions detailed in this privacy protection policy as well as any change or amendment thereof, as well as the use of the website, will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without reference to the choice of law provisions applicable therein.
Jurisdiction in connection with any dispute and/or claim arising in connection with the use of the website and this privacy policy or related thereto is exclusively vested in the courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
- Changes and Updates
The Company is entitled, at its sole discretion, to change the privacy policy from time to time without the need to provide notice or warning thereof. - Miscellaneous
