Carasso Real Estate has reached the majority required to carry out (85%) a major urban renewal project in the area where an Iranian missile fell during Operation "Am Kalavi" in June 2025, in central Ramat Gan. The project, which is being promoted together with the companies Shaked and Shaban, will include the demolition of five existing buildings with 50 housing units and the construction of a 35-story residential tower with approximately 150 apartments.
The missile strike created a rare catalyst for the consolidation of entrepreneurial activity. Up until that point, four separate companies had been operating in the area simultaneously: Karsho Real Estate and Shaked on the one hand, S.B.N. on the other, and the Canaan and Avnei Derech groups separately. Following the destruction, and at the urging of Ramat Gan Mayor Carmel Shama HaCohen, the four companies united under one multi-complex plan on a total area of about 9 dunams.
Hemi Shaul, manager of the boutique residential division at Carso Real Estate, addressed the challenge: "The ability to harness everyone into one process is really not easy. It was only when the missile fell that we realized that the municipality was putting us all into one blender."
