Project
Tel Aviv
About
Gruzenberg 37/39
In 1928, at the request of Meir Dizengoff, the Ophir Cinema was built on this very site one, of the first cultural landmarks of early Tel Aviv. Decades later, on land owned by the Carasso family, a new chapter began. This time, a distinctive residential project that brings the story full circle, both personally and as a family legacy. More than restoring a historic property, the project gave it a new life. With deep respect for what was, and thoughtful care for the residents and stories still to come.
