Bezalel Residences was born from an authentic Tel Aviv lifestyle vision—one that emerges from the connection between place, rhythm, and everyday life. Created by Tsamach Hamerman and Carasso Real Estate in the heart of old Tel Aviv, minutes from the beach, Habima Theater, and the revitalized Bezalel Market.
A Space Built For Everyday Life
The architectural design of the project created a daily infrastructure for urban living: two residential buildings of 7 and 8 floors, surrounding an internal plaza with landscaping that includes seating areas, shops, and cafes, all integrated into the unique design of the city center. Emphasis was placed on quality of life within the complex, with a fully-equipped fitness room, four elevators per building, bicycle storage rooms, and thoughtfully designed shared spaces.
